1. 下载epel
https://38.145.60.24/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
2. 安装epel
rpm -ivh <package>
3. vim /etc/yum.conf, add
proxy=http://ip:port
note: 我遇到的问题 Cannot retrieve metalink for repository: epel. Please verify its path and try again，加了proxy之后问题解决
4. yum install stress
