我有段时间喜欢常说：沒有期望，就沒有失望。有些似有似无的东西，我就用这个这句话来说服我自己。最后的结果是失之我本无，得之我幸。如果我们不曾心怀期待，当好事发生得时候，我们得生活处处充满了惊喜。后来看多了一些书，明白了这是一种人得本性。人相比得到东西，更加厌恶死去东西。
但期待也是幸福的。无论结果如何，心存期待这个事情本身就会令我们快乐。曾经的一些和朋友或者是恋人的约会，开始前的那个怀着期待的心情的我们，实际上是幸福的。
两种心态对比：当一个人满怀期待的时候，那么当他的愿望成真，他会得到一个正反馈调节，把失败认为是意外事件，越战越勇。会更加地相信自己。一个日常不怎么有期待的人。通常会把事情的结果归结于外部环境。适合一些比较理性的人，有点面具人心态。但照我看来，在我们川流不息的大洪流中，偶尔给自己一些期待，不是什么坏事。
从小到大，我的老师总说我上课走神。就是上课上着，喜欢发呆，精神云游到九天之外了。不知道是天生比较懒的原因还是性格就是如此。
我给自己安排了满满的学习任务，试想着重回自己高三时候的奋斗状态。但事与愿违，我高估了自己的自制力。虽然说总的方向还行，但细节之处可谓是一塌糊涂。事实证明，在沒有强有力的监管之下，人性的懒惰是很难克服的。
For a while, I like to say: if there is no expectation, there is no disappointment. There are things I perhaps can get it 50%, I tend to use this statement first. Eventually, I got it fortunately or miss it, unfortunately, I will still be cool. I think we can be fortunate if I have no expectations at all. Later I know that's humanity, less if more.
In contrast, the duration of expecting can make us satisfied. we are so excited before we had an appointment with our friends and lover.
Compared to two different opinions, when you achieve your goal with your expectation, you will get positive feedback, thought failure is an accidence and take courage automatically. what if those have no expectations at all? Maybe they will put the result which relies on the circumstance. It usually comes in who is rational. personally, take some expectation in this unexpected world, that's not bad.
Since I was young, my teacher always said I was distracted in class. I don't know that's my personality or what?
I schedule a lot of missions of learning, try to go back to conditions like seniors in high school. But I fail, I look up my self-control. Although the orientation is correct, I am in trouble with detail. It turns out circumstance is significant.
