配置整个MyEclipse的默认编码
window--->Preferences-->General-->WorkSpace--->TextFileEncoding 选择utf-8
2.配置html、jsp等的默认打开方式
window--->Preferences-->General-->Editors-->File Associations
3.设置jsp的默认编码
window-->preferences-->MyEclipse -->Files And Editors --> jsp
