一、BCON程序

1.BCON为CCTM提供了边界条件的处理

输入文件:M3conc:一个3D Model-3模型的浓度文件,如CCTM输出文件;profile :一个随时间变化的垂直浓度文件,如ASCII格式;tracer:惰性化合物的追踪文件

气象文件:主要为MCIP输出的气息文件,包括METCRO*、GRIDDESC等文件

输出文件:BNDY_CONC_1 该变量为BCON的输出文件与路径的名称

 bldit.bcon编译参数

Opt 定义了BCON生成的程序名称

Modtype 定义BCON输入文件类型  

M3conc:输入CCTM浓度文件

Profile 输入一个ASCII垂直配置文件

Tracer:输入一个惰性化合物

ModMech:定义了BCON的气态化合物的类型;可以使以下任意选项:Cbo5/

Saprc99、Sapro7t

Mechanism :定义了气态化学变化、气溶胶类型、液态化学变化

run.bcom运行参数:

EXEC  :CFG变量指定的BCON可执行程序

GRIDDESC:模拟区域的网格投影定义

GRID_NAME:模拟区域的网格名称

LAYER_FILE:由MET_CRO_3D文件中指定的垂直数目

setenv IOAPI_ISPH 19:IOAPI类型设置

setenv IOAPI_OFFSET_64 YES I / O API设置大时间步记录。如果你的输出时间步长进行生产数据  每个时间步长> 2 GB,那么这需要设置为YES

setenv gc_matrix_nml ${BLD}/GC_$MECH.nml :气相物种名称列表文件。
setenv ae_matrix_nml ${BLD}/AE_$MECH.nml  :气溶胶物种名称列表文件。
setenv nr_matrix_nml ${BLD}/NR_$MECH.nml:非反应种名称列表文件。
setenv tr_matrix_nml ${BLD}/Species_Table_TR_0.nml:惰性化合物种类名称列表文件

BC:输入文件的类型,与ModType相同;M3conc:输入CCTM浓度文件:profile:输入一个ASCII垂直配置文件

DATE:用于嵌套运行输出文件的日期,Julian格式

SDATE:用于CCTM浓度文件或嵌套的Julian起始日期

STIME:用于CCTM浓度文件或嵌套的Julian截止日期

RUNLEN:用于CCTM浓度文件或嵌套的运行时间长度日期

2.配置BCON的编译脚本

A:进入BCON目录,复制bldit.bcon并重命名:

>cd $M3HOME/scripts/bcon

>cp bldit.bcon bidit.bcon.profile

B:对bldit.bcon.profile  进行修改

3.运行编译脚本 bldit.bcon.profile

运行之后,将会生成对于profile的可执行程序

4.配置BCON运行脚本

A:复制run .bcon.并重命名

>cp run .bcon  run .bcon.profile

B:run .bcon.profile进行修改
