环境：python3.10
根据 Start Locally | PyTorch 安装
报错：
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch
更新pip，之后尝试用镜像，都不行。考虑版本问题：mirrors / pytorch / vision · CODE CHINA (gitcode.net)。根据查看，目前还不支持python3.10，故选择回退版本。
再次尝试OK了。
