经过研究，我没有运气，因此我在这里发帖。我计划在单个 Tomcat 7 中运行两个 java 应用程序（使用 Spring）。这意味着 localhost:8080/app1 和 localhost:8080/app2。当我将这两个应用程序都部署为 .war 文件时，app1 有效，而 app2 无效。如果 App2 作为单个弹簧应用程序从 Eclipse 运行并且打包设置为 jar，则它可以完美运行。

解决方案

请导入 cxf.xml@ImportResource("classpath:META-INF/cxf/cxf.xml")并确保生成战争时cxf-core.jar也附带战争。（第二种情况很可能是原因，我相信您已经明确添加了 cxf 框架来构建库而不是打包的一部分）。
