首先，您需要在 URL 端点的末尾添加“testrail/”，

我发现的第二件事是，您正在为测试用例 ID 发送变量中的测试运行 ID，这是不一样的。

另一件事是测试用例 ID 前面不应该是纯数字，而不是像“R123”而是“123”
