解决方案

read_excel()想要一个类似文件的对象或文件的路径，但Attactment.content它是一个bytes对象。您可以将内容写入文件并指向该文件read_excel()，也可以将内容转换为BytesIO. 像这样的东西应该可以工作（未经测试）：

from io import BytesIO
import pandas as pd

pd.read_excel(BytesIO(attachment.content))
