Xcode 安装在我的 Mac 上。我运行 xcode-select --install 确认 Xcode 已经安装。

然后我认为这可能是一个权限问题......

安装 nokugiri 时也会出现此问题

您可能想要安装 openssl，例如通过 homebrew：

brew install openssl

在 nokogiri 的情况下，libxml 可能会丢失：

brew install libxml2
