问题描述

重新启动操作系统 (aix) 后，我无法从我的应用程序连接到本地安装的 oracle db。

连接到sqlplus并执行启动命令。

从 sqlplus 中选择语句工作正常。我们应该单独启动监听器吗？

但应用程序失败：
