解决方案

这是由配置了弱密码的服务器引起的，Artax 默认拒绝。通过在创建和设置时将自定义ClientTlsContext实例传递给客户端（withSecurityLevel(1)默认为2. 另请参阅https://github.com/amphp/artax/issues/174。
