WebView 控件通过 WinRT 提供,不依赖于 .net。您可以从普通的 Win32 应用程序中使用它。

WinRT(Windows 运行时),现在在 Windows 10 中更名为 UWP(通用 Windows 平台),类似于 COM 的继任者。
