我在启动我的应用程序时有一个闪屏。因此,当显示启动画面时,应该显示运行时权限。我从 github 得到了下面的代码。但是运行时权限没有显示。启动画面工作正常,但在下面添加此代码时运行时权限不起作用。我添加了读取短信、读取外部存储、访问位置的权限。我也在清单文件中赋予了所有这些权限。
