paypal - PayPal 支付费用始终在发件人一方

我正在使用 PayPal restapi 进行支付。我们试图实现的是将费用放在接收方而不是我们方。我们的平台为他们的服务付费，将费用放在他们一边是有意义的。

我联系了 PayPal 支持，他们给了我解决方案，将支付类型标记为“为服务付费/良好”，但此选项仅在您使用 PayPal 仪表板时才存在。

我可以使用此选项但使用 rest api 吗？如果没有，有什么办法可以用restapi进行支付，但把费用放在收款人身上？

Milos, I will answer to your inquiry below:

1. Unfortunately, you cannot change the fee and put the fee on the receiver.
2. It's possible for the merchant to hold multiple currencies, but the merchant needs to enable this or contact the customer support team to add the currency in their account.

As for the conversion rate, we do have a conversion rate, but it always changes based on the market rate.
