android - 杂项通知未从设置中启用

Question

我创建了一个运行良好的推送通知演示。但是从设置中启用通知警报时出现问题。

我已经从firebase云消息传递控制台发送了一个通知，并且按预期接收了通知，现在当我长按该通知并禁用它时，通知不会出现仍然是预期的行为，请参见（左图）。但是，当我尝试从设置中启用此杂项通知时，请参见（右图）然后返回并再次尝试启用它不允许我启用它。它本身总是被禁用。那么我应该怎么做才能再次启用它。
