 implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0'  
        implementation 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:1.1.3'  
        testImplementation 'junit:junit:4.12'  
        androidTestImplementation 'com.android.support.test:runner:1.0.2'  
        androidTestImplementation   'com.android.support.test.espresso:espresso-core:3.0.2'

这是firebase依赖。

implementation 'com.google.firebase:firebase-core:16.0.1'

解决方案

当您通过添加在 gradle 文件中添加 firebase 依赖项时

implementation 'com.google.firebase:firebase-core:16.0.1'

然后在您的应用中也添加了 2 个库

com.android.support:support-media-compat:26.1.0
com.android.support:support-v4:26.1.0

他们的版本与 versin 28.0.0 不同，这是错误发生的原因。

要修复此错误，请更改您的 gradle 文件
