您正在尝试使用templateBlob带有签名的 URL parameterBlob。

ParametersURL = templateBlob.Uri + parameterBlob.GetSharedAccessSignature(sasConstraints)

使用正确的变量会更好：

ParametersURL = parameterBlob.Uri + parameterBlob.GetSharedAccessSignature(sasConstraints)
