ios - Zendesk 聊天结合 pem 上传但收不到推送通知

我遵循了这份文件：

并结合了 Cert PEM 和 Key PEM。

我用了openssl s_client -connect gateway.sandbox.push.apple.com:2195 -cert Certificates.pem -key PrivateKey.pem

然后我成功上传到 Zendesk Dashboard。但之后我无法收到推送通知。
