解决方案

您的原始代码中有错误，但如果您希望此代码扩展到大量实例（您不太可能需要此代码），那么您将需要使用以下内容：

available_regions = boto3.Session().get_available_regions('rds')

for region in available_regions:
    rds = boto3.client('rds', region_name=region)
    paginator = rds.get_paginator('describe_db_instances').paginate()

如果您知道每个区域的实例少于 100 个，则可以摆脱分页器并使用第一个循环：
