powershell - 无法启动 powershell.exe

Question

问题是这样的：

我在 Windows Server 2008 r2 上安装了 powershell 5.1 版，当我尝试通过c:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\或c:\Windows\SysWOW64\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\路径启动 powershell.exe 时，没有任何反应。

但是，如果我将 powershell.exe 移动到另一个驱动器上的另一个目录（例如 e:/）并将其名称更改为 powershell_anyname.exe，那么控制台会正确启动。

我是这台服务器的管理员。
