kong - Kong api未启用

我已经在 Ubuntu 环境中安装了 Kong (1.3.0rc2) 并使用 curl 命令尝试获取可用的 api 列表，但出现以下错误

curl http://localhost:8001/apis/.

有什么我想启用的吗？请求帮助。

而不是早期的 /apis
