有没有办法在 Cloud Run 服务上运行 Cloud Endpoints？

假设我有以下内容main.tf，并且想在定义 Cloud Endpoints 服务时使用 Cloud Run 的 URL。该 URL 应该存储在google_cloud_run_service.cloud-run.status.url. 下面的配置会引发错误。

不过，我还不能 100% 确定这是否适用于第一次运行。尽管如此，我希望depends_on（见上文）处理这种依赖关系并等待创建 Cloud Run，然后再继续创建 Cloud Endpoints 服务。
