c# - iisexpress 正在无限加载

Question

我在 iisexpress 上遇到了一个非常奇怪的问题。我可以运行我的应用程序一次，但是当我停止并重新启动它时，它不会退出加载......它会无限加载。

我已经禁用了 Windows 防火墙、防病毒、编辑和继续选项，但没有任何解决办法。如果我关闭 Visual Studio 并删除 applicationhost.config 文件，我可以再次运行..但一次。

我正在使用 Win10 并且 VS 安装在 SSD 上。
