excel - Excel 下拉数据填充问题

我有一个带有下拉菜单的 Excel 工作簿，允许用户选择一个区域（西部、中部、东部）并从我的数据表中填充相关地址。My problem is that when central is selected all of the names populate correctly, but if either east or west are selected it only brings back the first name in the list on the data sheet. vlookup 是一样的，不应该有这个问题，有人可以帮我解决这个问题，以便我的名字正确填充吗？
