django - 我怎么了？“django-admin：找不到命令”

我为 django-project 创建了一个新环境，但正如您
在输入时看到的那样，pip list我可以在列表中看到 django。
但是django-admin它什么时候返回命令未找到
，以及当我尝试pip3 install django或pip install django它说要求已经满足时。
