解决方案

您可以尝试几件事。首先，在 shell 中执行which java 以确保存在已安装 Java 11 的路径。其次，如果您在路径上看到已安装的 Java，请尝试执行java -version以确保显示正确的 Java。最后，您能否尝试从 shell 运行 Cytoscape 以捕获输出错误。默认情况下是 /opt/Cytoscape_v3.8.0/cytoscape.sh。
