解决方案

所以我整理了一下。基本上我所寻找的只是将 RTMP 转换为 HLS，而无需转码。如果其他人看到它并需要它，这很简单，但是，您确实需要 ffmpeg 来完成它。您实际上是告诉 ffmpeg 将流传递给 HLS，并且由于 OBS 已经采用正确的视频/音频格式，因此它可以毫无问题地使用它。我使用的命令是

ffmpeg -re -i rtmp://localhost:1935/stream/test -codec copy -f flv /mnt/hls/stream.m3u8

这样做对我的 CPU 几乎没有影响，而这正是我所需要的。
