mysql - 发生请求量时Mysql超时，但大多数时候活动连接数小于最大连接数。为什么？

我的项目有个bug，一些操作会触发MySQL超时异常。在跟踪 azure 的指标后，它会在产生多个连接时发生。

红色箭头表示发生时间的超时异常。

在第一个箭头中，有一个太多的连接异常和很多超时异常。符合预期，但其他人直接抛出超时异常，我找不到原因。

我认为波峰会导致异常，但没有确凿的证据

我的天蓝色 MySQL 最大连接数是 60。那么当活动连接数小于 60 时，MySQL 超时的原因是什么？
