我将 settings.xml 中的 localRepository 设置更改为并将该 settings.xml <localRepository>D:\Zubehoer\Maven\repository</localRepository> 复制到我的用户主目录中的 .m2 文件夹中。当我mvn compile quarkus:dev按照链接教程中所示进行操作时，依赖项会下载到默认存储库，而不是我将本地存储库更改为的位置。

解决方案

所以默认情况下<localRepository></localRepository>，mavens settings.xml 的属性在注释中： <!-- localRepository** | The path to the local repository maven will use to store artifacts. | | Default: ${user.home}/.m2/repository <localRepository>/path/to/local/repo</localRepository> -->

因为我只更改了 localRepository 属性的值，但没有将属性移到它不起作用的评论之外。
