解决方案

-我删除并重新安装了 Android SDK -我尝试了以前的旧 SDK -尝试了 powershell 和命令提示符 -删除和添加环境变量的路径最终解决我的问题的唯一事情是重新安装 Windows。但是，嘿，至少现在它起作用了！
