当您添加或删除医生时，您使用的ObservableList是TableView（而不是ArrayList）。通过一些更改，它应该可以工作。请试试这个：

将FxmlDocumentController更改ArrayList为：

ObservableList<Doctor> doctors = FXCollections.observableArrayList();

在DocTableController中，setter 方法可以如下所示：

public void setDoc(ObservableList<Doctor> docList) {
    docTable.getItems().setAll(docList);
}
