解决方案

我在卡特琳娜遇到了同样的问题。我通过安装最新版本的 ruby​​ (2.7.2) 解决了。

首先安装 Ruby 版本管理器 rvm：

curl -L https://get.rvm.io | bash -s stable

然后安装最新版本的 ruby​​：

rvm install ruby-2.7.2

最后再次尝试安装 cocoapods：

sudo gem install cocoapods
