今天我也遇到了同样的问题。现在卸载后无法重新安装。在一些 github 讨论中，我看到有人建议卸载 atom，然后重新安装以前版本的 atom。

现在，

1. 打开 Atom 并转到文件 -> 设置 -> 安装
2. 搜索terminus并点击安装
3. 安装终端后，找到Shell Override并写入C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe其中
4. 重启原子
5. 在 Atom 窗口的左下角找到一个加号 (+)。然后点击它！欢呼！终端打开了！
