我已经看到告诉你改变DisabledByDefault的 答案，\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.3\Client 但我没有TLS 1.3，Protocols只有SSL 2.0。

我已将 .NET 更新到 5.0.1，将 .NET CORE 更新到 3.1.404，但这并没有帮助。
