创建 azure 批处理池时出现错误，我在 vnet 中创建了一个没有公共地址的批处理帐户，还创建并禁用了私有链接，当我执行 az CLI 时

az batch account login -g myRg --name myPool --shared-key-auth

az batch pool create --id myPoo-windows --os-family 4 --target-dedicated 2 --vm-size small

要创建批处理池，它会引发授权错误This request is not authorized to perform this operation
