更新到 Big Sur 后，我遇到了同样的问题。我下载了最新版本的 Vagrant、Virtualbox 和 VirtualBox Extension Pack。实际上，我不知道是否需要安装扩展包。

在 MacOS 的系统偏好设置中，在隐私和安全中，我必须批准来自 Oracle 的更新。
