问题是在创建文件时，创建的文件的文件大小为 0 KB，不会在 Excel 中打开。至关重要的是，在我写出的位置找不到用户上传的文件。

解决方案

你已经传给myfilename了熊猫；但是该文件在服务器上尚不存在。在使用之前，您必须先将文件保存在本地某处。

以下将文件下载到当前目录（与 CGI 脚本相同的目录）。当然，欢迎您将其保存到更合适的目录中，具体取决于您的设置。
