sqlplus - SQL Plus 在 ADR 初始化期间错误检查目录存在但目录存在

Question

我是甲骨文的新手。我已经安装了它，我正在尝试在 SQL plus 中创建一个用户。我使用了以下说明：

-- 1. In The SQL Plus command prompt, enter user-name as sqlplus / as sysdba.
-- 2. Press Enter.
-- 3. In the Enter Password prompt, press Enter to log in without a password.
--    Note: The Connected to 19c database: message appears.

但后来我重新启动了我的电脑，因为我同时安装了另一个软件。

之后，尝试继续使用 SQL plus，我执行了相同的过程并收到以下消息：已连接到空闲实例。而是连接到 19c 数据库。

然后我读到大喊关闭数据库并再次启动它会起作用。我大声喊了下来，但是当我尝试启动它时，我收到了这个错误：

--SQL> startup
--ORA-48173: error checking directory existence during ADR initialization

但是我检查了该目录，其中包含一个 orcl 文件夹和一个 i_1.mif 文件。
