首页 > 解决方案 > Is there a TinyMCE checker site, or a list of minimum requirements?

问题描述

I provide ecommerce support for a shopping cart solution which utilizes TinyMCE, and have a customer who cannot seem to use the TinyMCE HTML editor within. It simply will not load for them.

They have said they are running Windows 10, are using Malware Bytes in addition to Windows Defender, have Javascript enabled, and have the same issue in Chrome, Opera, and Firefox. They claim to have tried disabling all plugins and extensions, but still no luck. I even tried having them add both their own domain name and ajax.googleapis.com to their Malwarebytes' "Exclusion" list, still no change.

Anything else I can have them try?

I was thinking it would be wonderful to send them to a site, maybe this one:

https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/demo/basic-example/

and verify that the editor should be working for them on their system.

Thank you, -Pete-
