jenkins - How to build a NuGet package in Jenkins and publish it in jfrog Artifactory

Question

I am struggling to identify way to build a NuGet package in Jenkins and publish it in jfrog Artifactory. I don't want to use CLI to publish NuGet package in jfrog Artifactory.

Any quick help will be highly appreciated.
