variables - Model with more response observations than predictor observations

Question

What type of model could I use if I have fewer predictor observations than response observations. In other words, what if the the predictor variable was measured once a week but response was measured three times a week?

For example, let's say I measured a hormone level multiple times a week (which is needed to account for hormone variability). But, I only measured a pollutant exposure once per week. How can I test for the effects of pollutant exposure on hormones levels over a period of several weeks?
