我在使用 PHP Switcher ( https://github.com/JackieDo/Xampp-PHP-Switcher ) 时在 XAMPP 中为 PHP 版本 8.0.2 设置 Xdebug 时遇到问题。我在这里遵循https://xdebug.org/wizard的说明，但 Xdebug 仍然没有按预期工作 - 没有像 PHP 7.4 那样在 PhpStorm 中启动。

显然C:\xampp\php\php.ini文件不是用来配置PHP的，因为使用phpinfo()输出后没有提到。
