python-2.7 - 安装 PyPI xmlsec==1.3.3 Python2 时出错

我正在使用arch并在virtualenv（python 2.7）中使用pip 20.3.4安装这个xmlsec包
虽然官方页面（github和pypi）没有特别包含arch依赖项，但我认为我已经安装了所有这些。

我已经安装了：
