运行docker-compose up时，我在 CLI 中遇到以下错误。网上的一些答案建议单独使用 pip 或 brew install docker-compose 。这不成功：

问题只是 Docker 守护程序没有运行。

让 docker 守护进程运行，然后重新运行docker-compose up命令
