Are any other protocols/uri schemes, aside from http and https, supported by Action.OpenUrl?

And if answer is yes:

• which protocols specifically are supported?
• which versions of AdaptiveCards schema they are supported in?
• aside from schema compatibility are there any known application (MS Teams vs Outlook etc.) specific limitations to usage?

Especially of interest is "ms-word:" and other related Office protocols/schemes.
