jboss6.x - JBoss 6 Management Console not opening

Question

I installed JBoss and started it with JBOSS_HOME\bin\run.bat

It gives a success message: JBossAS [6.0.0.Final "Neo"] Started in x seconds.

Then I try to open the management console but get a 404 error.

http://localhost:8080/jmx-console

Same error when trying to open the JBoss welcome page.

http://localhost:8080

Why those two don't open if the JBoss started successfully?
