System.NotSupportedException：从单个文件包加载的程序集不支持 CodeBase。

您正在使用的 .NET MySQL 库 (MySql.Data) 依赖于ConfigurationManager，这导致了此异常。你有两个选择：

  1. 停止将您的应用程序作为单个文件发布。
