excel - OneDrive Permissions using excel file

Question

I need to create a parent folder in OneDrive with 200 sub folders. Each subfolder will need to have its own unique permissions (will be accessed by 2 other individuals), is there a fast way to do this like using an excel file or must this be completed 1 by 1?
