file - Convert .rttm files to .eaf/ELAN format

I have created a model that outputs a .rttm file. However, I also require a .eaf file (ELAN) of the same. Is there any converter or package that can be used to reliably convert from rttm to eaf?

I have tried looking up, but have only been able to find an R package, and no promising solution.
