解决方案

Sumo 尝试myFile.poly.xml使用其架构定义进行验证。我猜，xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocationin的值myFile.poly.xml设置为某个 url，其中包括sumo.dlr.de.

显然，http ://sumo.dlr.de/ 至少已经关闭了几天，因此这不起作用。尝试改用http://sumo.sourceforge.net/xsd/polyconvertConfiguration.xsd作为值。
